Longer loads can have a more pronounced positive effect”, — say the authors of a study on the subject, members of the British health insurance company Vitality.
Specialists of the insurance company examined the statistical data about 140 thousand customers, accumulated during the year. The analysis showed that daily exercise is especially important for the health of people who do not have a high level of physical activity.
“If you spend 90 minutes a week for exercise, it’s only 13 minutes a day. Even the busiest people can find the time to spend it to improve his physical condition. A short jog, bike ride, exercise on the simulator — type physical activity can be very different, but it is important to maintain regularity”, — experts say.
