Le club héraultais et son entraîneur, en conférence de presse ce vendredi 10 janvier, sont toujours en attente de mouvements pour pouvoir s’activer sur le marché des transferts.

Open since January 1st (closing on February 3rd), the winter transfer window has not yet produced its effects in Montpellier. After ten days, the MHSC is actively scanning the market but is waiting for movements in its squad to be able to strengthen it, recalled its coach Jean-Louis Gasset, Friday.

“We are not masters of our destiny. They say, players will come in, if players go out. It is January 10, so maybe people are considering taking our players, but they are in no hurry”, recalled the Hérault coach, questioned at a press conference the day after the clarifications provided by president Laurent Nicollin to Midi Libre.

“The priority, win Sunday”

“It's true that it's long, Jean-Louis Gasset also acknowledged, but when we started to do all the equations, we said to ourselves let's get back to the priority. It's to win Sunday with the current squad. If, during the week, there are one or two players who leave, we will act accordingly”. Until then, the MHSC has a match, a real one, to win on the field against Angers, Sunday (5:15 p.m.) at La Mosson.
