As of this Thursday, January 23, in Sète, a new campaign of vaccination and free care is being set up again. These days are organized by the association Vétérinaires pour tous, the City, the CCAS and Solidarité Urgence Sétoise (SUS). There is also the participation of the national veterinary school of Toulouse, Doctor Grandjean and the association Aide, protection, secours des animaux (APSA).
Every 4th Thursday of the month
Launched on December 21, 2022, these veterinary service days are now part of the Sète decor. These little moments of care for the animals of the homeless take place in the SUS premises at number 33 rue Pierre-Sémard. This appointment takes place every 4th Thursday of the month, until June.
Vaccination, microchipping, consultation…
No appointment needed, just bring your companion for a vaccination, a microchipping with registration or a simple consultation. It is even possible to have health records issued. All pets are received by different veterinarians, including 6 to 8 students from the National Veterinary School of Toulouse. They are there voluntarily to help the animals of the homeless or the most vulnerable people.
