Doubtful job offers should be avoided.

Several vacancies for which it is better not to send feedback

With job search in everyone faces different times, but it is not always possible to get a decent job. At the same time, even at the stage of selecting vacancies in the network, you can immediately understand which job offers are not even worth considering. We will tell you what points to pay attention to in order not to waste time, informs Ukr.Media.

The job description is too confusing

< p>Very often, the vacancy seems so attractive that you want to run to the interview right now, because the employer describes incredible benefits! But wait, first clarify what exactly you will have to do. Usually, when even during a telephone conversation the employer cannot specifically describe the scope of your responsibilities, most likely you will have to face an unpleasant reality – you will be engaged in what will be “hanged” on you, and it is not always directly related to your qualifications. And you won't be able to get angry either – you had no idea from the very beginning what you would have to do, which you will be reminded of right away. That is why it is so important to find out all the main points related to your direct responsibilities at the new place at the first conversation or during correspondence.

"Burning" vacancy

"Hurry up! The vacancy is closing soon, we are waiting for you!" Offers of this kind should be alarming. Often, such job offers from the same company appear regularly, which indicates a low reputation of the company and a discrepancy between promises and reality in the workplace. A solid company will never try to fit a potential employee by carefully selecting applicants, because for them, the first place is always the professionalism and personal qualities of the employee, and not the number of people who will occupy the office.

The company offers an unpaid trial period

Probably one of the most popular situations is when a potential employer offers to "get invaluable experience" if you work for a few months absolutely free. The trial period is necessary so that the employee and the manager take a closer look at each other and understand how much cooperation suits both parties. At the same time, many managers report the news of an unpaid term only when a person has passed several stages of interviews and it is already difficult for him to refuse. And yet it is worth considering whether you have the opportunity to spend several months for which you will not receive a penny.
