Toronto Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two people who allegedly posed as the owners of a house and then sold it.

According to the police, the owners left the country on business in January 2022.

The fraudsters then allegedly impersonated them and hired a real estate broker to sell their house without their consent.

Toronto Police Department is at the looking for a man and a woman who allegedly fraudulently sold a house while the owners were abroad.

The property was sold and the buyers even took some possession, according to Toronto police.

Several months later, the real owners discovered that their house had been sold without their knowledge.

According to the police, the scammers used fake IDs to impersonate the owners.
