According to the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, busyness prevents Vladimir Putin from visiting the cities located within the reach of Ukrainian artillery.
After Today's ceremony in the Kremlin, at which Vladimir Putin announced that the Ukrainian regions occupied by the Russians became part of Russia, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov was asked if his boss intended to visit the occupied lands. Peskov replied that such visits were not yet planned.
“Not yet, there is still a lot of work to be done, but over time this will surely happen,” he said.
Note that many cities in the occupied regions are within the reach of Ukrainian artillery. For example. During the escalation of the war provoked by Russia, it has become more common to “fly in” to Donetsk: warehouses of the occupiers, oil depots and places of accumulation of Russian military and collaborators regularly come under fire there.
