The project started at the start of the pandemic, when several people decided to drop the candy distribution as a precaution.
In order to meet the demand, the site's founder, Sarah Jolicoeur, chose to pursue her idea.
I had not planned to do it again, because I saw less relevance, she mentioned. But many families thought it was worth it and they wanted me to continue.
Children are invited to collect candy from merchants on rue Saint-Dominique in Jonquière sunday. The activity begins at 4 p.m. and continues until 6 p.m.
