The housing market has significantly decreased

Of course, this is influenced by the refugees who came to the country, as well as by returning to work and stationary education. Unfortunately, the decline in the creditworthiness of Poles also contributes to the fact that they prefer to rent a flat for now, and not decide to buy it.
The situation is difficult for everyone
Currently a dozen or so people are trying to rent one flat. The situation is therefore “first come first served” principle. As the specialist from the Rendin platform points out, the record was made by 182 people willing to rent one apartment.
Unfortunately, along with the rising rental prices, there are also problems with paying the rent by the tenants. The solution may be to demand a high deposit when signing the contract. Another solution is to sign an occasional lease agreement. As a result, in a situation where the tenant does not pay the rent, he is forced to vacate the premises.
It also has benefits for the tenant himself, as it assumes that the landlord can only increase the rent or terminate the contract completely in justified cases and not at his own request.
