In Russia, the correspondent of the newspaper “the Media” David Frenkel at a polling station in St. Petersburg attacked a policeman and broke his arm.

The incident occurred at polling station №2219, where the vote on the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
“A police officer with the number 009175 tried to remove me from the area and apparently broke my arm. I can’t hand actually moving. I wrung his hand and struck it with his fist,” – said Frankel.
He later said in his Twitter that the arm is broken.
According to “Radio Liberty”, the journalist came to the area because of reports about the attempt to remove an election Commission member with a decisive vote. Frankel said that it is illegal to remove a Commission member only by a court decision. After that the police tried to expel him.
