President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, having returned from Moscow with a Victory parade, where he refused to stand next to Putin, said that the Constitution must change with the transfer of powers down.
According to the Belarusian edition of the BelTA, Lukashenka promised changes in the Constitution of the state and called the return to the Constitution of the 1994 movement.
“The Constitution — The Basic Law. We’ll do it in two years. Several options I have proposed — they are not suitable. People are just afraid to make more drastic changes to the Constitution. I think we need it to do. Prior to the adoption of the Constitution we actually do a lot in terms of subsidiarity to the presidents of Executive committees, the Governor“, — said the President of Belarus Lukashenko.
