The new Rivian R1T is the debut model of a young American automaker. The electric car entered production in autumn 2021.
The Rivian R1T electric pickup measures 5.5m in length and is available exclusively in a four-door version. The carrying capacity of the car is 800 kg, two trunks are also provided – a 330-liter front and a 200-liter under the body.
A top-end version of a pickup truck for $73,000 arrived in Kyiv, because so far only it is in production. It is noteworthy that the demand for the model is so high that it is impossible to buy a Rivian R1T with a minimum mileage for less than $100,000.
The Rivian R1T electric car in the top version received four total returns of 835 hp. With. and 1230 Nm. The heavy three-tonne pickup delivers supercar-level dynamics, reaching 100 km/h in just 3 seconds.
The 135 kWh battery provides a range of 500 km. Later, a more “long-range” version will appear, capable of traveling 640 km without recharging.
The new Rivian R1T also impresses with off-road opportunities. Permanent four-wheel drive with thrust vectoring and air suspension with variable (200-370 mm) ground clearance allow you to storm heavy off-road conditions and force fords 90 cm deep.
