A millionaire from Florida has collected more than two dozen rare American retro cars. The most valuable in the collection are the classic Chevrolet Corvette of the 50s and 60s.

A collection of vintage vehicles will be sold at auction in Florida. 23 rare cars and three motorcycles will go under the hammer. This is reported by The Tampa Bay Times.
Rare retro cars and motorcycles were collected by American real estate tycoon Leroy Gonzalez. The millionaire died this year at the age of 84 and his relatives decided to sell the collection. The total cost of the car is about $ 2 million.
Almost all Leroy Gonzalez's cars are American-made, the only exception is the British Jaguar XJS. Most of all, he loved the Chevrolet Corvette: there are eight of them in the collection, and most of them are valuable models of the 50s and 60s of production, worth over $100,000 each.
They also sell the 1970 Dodge Challenger, as well as the newer Dodge Viper and Plymouth Prowler from the late 90s. Honda motorcycles also belong to the modern era.
