44-year-old Ukrainian singer Ani Lorak lost her business in the Russian Federation. This is reported by the Russian edition “Central News Service”.
According to journalists, the company in the Russian Federation, which officially belonged to the singer Ani Lorak, was liquidated by the tax service.
We are talking about the company Ani Lorak Production LLC, which brought the Ukrainian artist a multimillion-dollar profit for several years. Journalists in their publication claim that Ani Lorak's company was removed by the tax service from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities due to inaccurate information.
“The long-suffering company Ani Lorak Production LLC, which since 2015 has been organizing concerts, releasing songs and videos, is finally closed: on October 11, the tax service liquidated the company. At one time it brought in a good income – up to 40 million rubles a year, however, since the spring of 2021, the organization has been storming every now and then after the scandal with Konstantin Meladze, “the Komsomolskaya Pravda publication confirms the information about the closure of the company in the Russian Federation, which belonged to Ani Lorak.
It is worth noting that the singer is on the territory of Ukraine had a company with the same name, but in 2019 the process of liquidation started in connection with the “decision of the founders”.
The extract, which is available on the official website of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, confirms that Ani Lorak Production LLC, registered in Krasnogorsk, was liquidated on October 11, 2022.
“Exclusion from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities due to the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities information about him, in respect of which an entry of unreliability was made. Information about the termination of the legal entity was submitted by the interdistrict inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 23 for the Moscow Region,” the extract says.
Note that in early October, the media published information about the sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine against some domestic stars who supported the invasion of the RF Armed Forces. Under the restrictions, according to journalists, were Ani Lorak, Taisiya Povaliy and Regina Todorenko.
