The 21-year-old man was in probation at the time of his arrest. He therefore faces one count of failing to comply with an order. He will remain in custody until his next court appearance.

Omega Park spokesperson Billie-Prisca Giroux mentioned in a recent press release that park patrons were safe and that the incident was a isolated event.
