At Loto-Québec, professionals will be in the office 4 days a month

The agreement reached between Loto-Québec and the professional union provides in particular that these union members will only be required to be present at the office four days a month.
L& #x27;agreement in principle between the Union of Professionals of the Government of Quebec (SPGQ) and Loto-Quebec has been ratified by a proportion of 96%, the union announced on Tuesday.
The new collective agreement will be in effect for six years, until December 31, 2027.
It provides for salary increases of 2% per year throughout the employment contract, as well as several bonuses and lump sums.
Among other things, a lump sum of 1% is valid for 2022 , another lump sum of 2.5% will be paid upon signature of the agreement and another lump sum of 6.5% is valid for 2022, but will be paid next January.
In addition, a retention bonus of 1% per year will be paid in 2024 and 2025 and a bonus of 10% for the expertise of 35 professionals.
In terms of teleworking , presence in the workplace will be compulsory only four days a month, said the SPGQ. On the other hand, the work week is reduced from 35 hours to 37.5 hours.
These professionals work in information technology, communications, procurement, sales and marketing, finance, real estate and legal.
The union is pleased with this agreement and the support of its members. We are pleased that the employer has improved its offer to the satisfaction of the members, commented Guillaume Bouvrette, third vice-president of the SPGQ, in a press release.
Management de Loto-Québec, for its part, said it was satisfied to have been able to conclude a responsible agreement with its professional employees, while meeting the main objectives of both parties.
