Until ' In mid-June, Biterrois seniors will have the opportunity to participate in group steps in order to maintain their physical health and share good memories.

< P >For the past two months, “hi the friends” has established itself as an alternative to the loneliness and the sedentary lifestyle of Biterrois retirees. Established since mid-December, this program allows seniors to come together on Thursdays afternoon for a walk and discuss the good times spent. It is the Indian Summer Start-up, a solidarity company of social utility (ESUS), which is at the origin of this initiative whose principle is simple: assisted by a graduate in adapted physical activity (APA), the Participants perform a 45 -minute walk as well as a series of physical exercises. To make the activity more pleasant and fun, they are also led to share anecdotes and experiences lived in the 1950s to 1970s. The opportunity for them to get to know and remember films, music or even dancing evenings of yesteryear, in a friendly atmosphere. 

< P > Funded by the Association Interregimes Cap Prévention Seniors, this initiative is free. Just register. The meeting is given every Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in front of the Vaclav-Havel neighborhood house. < br />
