The designer celebrated the 55th anniversary of his fashion career with a chic show and a luxurious party and gathered all his star friends
83- Anniversary Ralph Lauren put on a chic show, celebrating his 55-year career in the fashion world, and called all the celebrity friends from the A-list. And everyone accepted the invitation. Usa Today writes about it.
Ralph called the show World of Ralph Lauren Fashion, models walked the runway to John Stewart's Gold, Willie Nelson's On the Road Again and The Mamas & the Papas.
“The brand always draws on its 50-year history to look more contemporary while remaining true to the classics. We have all sorts of reflections of what American culture is today and how Americans can to be ambassadors of world culture,” said the designer.
According to Ralph Lauren, who launched the brand of the same name in 1967, heritage doesn't matter. According to him, the most important thing is work.
“I don't think about legacy. I really don't know what legacy is. I just move on and work very hard to enjoy what I do , and be great, not boring,” Lauren said.
The spectacle, among others, was enjoyed by Sylvester Stallone with his wife and daughters. Recall that recently Sly and Jennifer Flavin were on the verge of a divorce, but, apparently, they reconciled, so the show of the American fashion classic was their first appearance.
