Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be hospitalized Sunday to have his prostate removed after being diagnosed with a urinary tract infection resulting from benign prostatic hyperplasia, his office said.
The Israeli prime minister underwent several tests at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem, “where he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection resulting from benign prostatic hyperplasia”, a press release said.
First treated with antibiotics, he subsequently decided that he would undergo this surgical procedure: “The Prime Minister will therefore undergo a prostate removal”, an operation scheduled for this Sunday.
