Actor Charlie sheen earlier in the year 2019 admitted that one of his goals for next year is to quit Smoking, “Trust me, the sooner the better!”.
Charlie sheen celebrates a major milestone in the field of one’s own health.
4 Jul 54-year-old graduate of the American Comedy television series “Two and a half men” told me that a year has passed since then, how he quit Smoking: “Dear my lungs” — he wrote in Twitter. “It was a year ago today I quit Smoking! hashtag — YOU are WELCOME.
“If I could go back in time and never start, I would absolutely have done so,” added the actor. “If you are on the verge of quitting, trust me; the sooner you do, the better! happy 4 th!”
Tires previously celebrated one year of sobriety in 2018. “So this happened yesterday! An incredible moment in my new journey,” — he wrote then on Twitter along with a picture of his medallion alcoholics Anonymous.
In one episode of the reality show “Garage”, Jay Leno in 2019, the actor spoke about what led him to sobriety. “About fifteen years ago I was just amazed, and I could see that it was time to change something in their life,” he said.
“And, you know, it did not require reform or a crazy shootout with the police,” added Shin. “This did not need to do anything superdrumming, crazy, that would entail the publication of news on the headlines in the front page of all publications.”
In January 2019 Shin told reporters that he was proud of all the progress it has achieved so far.
“I try not to think too far ahead, but I’m glad I just made some changes to try to make something cool”, he said. “I am proud to finally become consistent, reliable and noble. If there was something crazy in my life or wherever it is, children know that a return to fatherhood very organized and helpful.”
At the time Shin also shared that one of his main goals this year was to quit Smoking. “I decided before to come this new year, but I had to work on completion of Smoking,” he said.
Tire has long struggled with substance abuse. In January 2016, he told Dr. Oz about his past attempts to quit drinking, joking that he must be trying to say the bottle “around 2,000” of times over the years.
He said he lost his balance, after the news bombshell that he had been diagnosed with HIV.
“This was supposed to strangle the anxiety and what was supposed to be my life with this disease, and I was so numb with alcohol that I never thought about it,” said Shin during an interview. “It was the only tool I had at the time, so I believed that this will suppress most of this fear. A lot of this fear. And this only worsened the situation.”
