Do-it-yourself craftsman recreated the incredible Mercedes electric car (video)

A master from Vietnam created a wooden copy of the Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR for his son. The car is exactly the same as the famous concept car and can even move independently.

The futuristic 2020 Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR is one of the most incredible concept cars of our time. It will never become serial, but it was able to recreate it in a tree. A video with an unusual car appeared on the Youtube channel ND — Woodworking Art.

The channel was founded by the Vietnamese master Truong Van Dao, who creates wooden copies of famous cars. He decided to build a Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR for his son and gave him a car for his birthday. The project took exactly 100 days to complete.

The wooden Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR is half the size of the original. It exactly repeats the famous concept car. The children's car received real 14-inch tires and LED optics, and its doors are equipped with an electric drive and open remotely using a remote control.

There are two seats in the cabin. However, if the concept car was driving on autopilot, then its clone still has controls.

Like the original, a copy of Mercedes moves on electric traction. Not only that, Truong Van Dao even made a car suspension out of wood to make the ride more comfortable.
