On November 10, 2022, the elected representative of the Republic was on the set of Touche pas à mon poste as a guest. However, his reunion with the host turned sour.

Stop bragging! Elected or not elected, I don't give a damn. You think I'm afraid of you! (…) I've received more people from Nupes here than Zemmour, you idiot! If you're a member of parliament, it's thanks to us. (…) You're an idiot“, Cyril Hanouna had then launched to the deputy of La France Insoumise. Subsequently, Louis Boyard had decided to file a complaint against him and C8.

The trial finally took place on December 17, 2024. That day, Cyril Hanouna was unable to go to court. Because he was presenting a live episode of the show On marche sur tête in the studios of Europe 1. For his part, Louis Boyard claimed 10,000 euros in damages against the host and C8. Indeed, in a message published on X (formerly Twitter, editor's note) on Saturday, January 18, 2025, Louis Boyard announced that he had again attacked the star presenter of C8 in court. “&Again, I am going to file a complaint against Cyril Hanouna. To try to make people believe that I do not live in Villeneuve Saint Georges. He distributed a video filmed by far-right activists trying to enter my home“, he first wrote.

These images allow my private address to be identified in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges. I will have to again to move because of the far right. I love Villeneuve and I live there. We will never again let the media insult Villeneuve-Saint-Georges and its residents“, Louis Boyard then added. Now we just have to wait to know Cyril Hanouna's response to his former columnist.
