Dalhousie man dies in Campbellton road trip


A man of&nbsp ;Dalhousie loses life in a road exit in Campbellton

< p class="sc-v64krj-0 knjbxw">RCMP are currently investigating the cause of the accident.

A 45-year-old man from Dalhousie, northern New‑ Brunswick, lost his life following a road trip in Campbellton on the night of Thursday to Friday.

On July 22 at around 3 a.m., police officers from the Campbellton RCMP detachment and firefighters from the Campbellton Fire Department attended Vanier Street in Campbellton where the accident was surve naked.

The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident.

According to information provided by Corporal Réjean Richard, of the Campbellton Detachment of the RCMP, the vehicle rolled over after leaving the road.

The Coroner's Office of New Brunswick is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

The RCMP continues to investigate this off the road to determine the cause. An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of the man's death.
