There is a “lazy” way to protect against the development of heart attack – passive stretching, suitable even for people with limited mobility. On this edition of the Express was told by the medics from the UK.
Typically, for a healthy cardiovascular system and prevention of its diseases, including the deadly (heart attack, stroke), doctors recommend to maintain a fairly high level of physical activity. But more “lazy” method in the form of muscle strain is also effectively helps to protect yourself from the same heart attack, experts.
They explain that different active stretching performed by the man himself, and passive – when activated external power: for example, using a special gadget or another person. The second, more “lazy” variant of stretch marks it is quite effective for improving the heart and blood vessels, doctors say.
