Didier Bourdon is an accomplished actor. Propelled to the forefront of the stage thanks to the Inconnus,he has played in many films. Today, he is one of the most popular actors in France. In his private life, the 65-year-old actor is the father of three children, two girls and a boy. In the show Legend, broadcast on YouTube and presented by Guillaume Pley, he confided in his relationship with his son, who is aged 43 years old.

The actor's son never says that Didier Bourdon is his father. A choice understood by the actor: “I totally agree with that. It can change people's view. He had done the making-of a film, there was an actor who was sulking a bit etc, and when he learned that I was his father, he said 'ah yes that's very nice!'”, he explained.

Didier Bourdon became a father very young

It was in 1982, at the age of 23, that the actor tasted the joys of fatherhood for the first time with his first partner, giving birth to Olivier. He was very young when he became a father for the first time: “It was a bit early, I don't regret it at all, but it was a time when I told myself 'oh I have to work' because I couldn't have stood to leave people in the shit”, he revealed.

At the time, Didier Bourdon was just beginning his adult life and was not ready to build a real relationship. His two daughters, named Clélia (2006) and Natacha (2010), were born from his current relationship with Marie-Sandra Badini-Duran, whom he met in 2003 on the set of 7 ans de mariage. “It didn't happen right away. But it must be that there was something, because it seems that the makeup artist and the dresser had sensed something”, he confided in Legend.

“We share some pretty strong things”

The actor also said that he was more present for his daughters than he was for his son. It's not a question of love but especially of time. When he became a father for the first time, Didier Bourdon worked a lot and was very taken up by his job.

With maturity, he became more involved with his family: “I am a father who is more present for my daughters, çthat's for sure. &At the time, I had my head down, I was trying to earn a living, all that. My son, I don't I maybe didn't see him as much as I would have liked to see him in relation to my daughters, but since then we've caught up. That's the advantage of being a young dad. Now, he's 42 and we've been sharing some pretty strong things for a while,” he concluded.
