Monday, June 22, died an American film Director Joel Schumacher. He is known for having shot a number of films about Batman, as well as “Phone booth” and “the number 23”. It is reported BAGNET, referring to the publication Variety.
The Director died in new York at the age of 80 years. In the last year of his life he struggled with cancer.
Joel Schumacher born August 29, 1939. He began his work in film as a costume designer and later started to write the script.
In the movie, the author came from the world of design, focusing on suits and other such aspects. His directorial debut was in 1991 with a picture of “Incredible shrunken woman”, in which the main role was played by Lily Tomlin.
