At the meeting of Pashinyan with Lavrov, the Russian flag was absent in the building of the Armenian government.
Blogger Alexander Kovalenko, also known as “Zloy Odessit”, told about this.

Kovavalenko suggested that under pressure from the Armenian public, official Yerevan will initiate the procedure for withdrawing from the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
“However, the Kremlin press will still present this fact as a victory for Russian diplomacy,” he added.
