Ed Sheeran hangs out with Pokémon in his new music video
Ed Sheeran has been an avid Pokémon fan since he was a kid.
Ed Sheeran unveiled his new music video, Celestial, produced in collaboration with the creative teams of Pokémon on Thursday. We see the famous British musician spend a day alongside Pikachu, Squirtle and Mackogneur, before becoming their trainer.
The animated characters were designed by Yu Nagaba – illustrator of many Pokémon trading card games –, who was inspired by the sketches of the famous Japanese creatures that Ed Sheeran made when he was a child.
