The tilting of the seat back in the plane considered dangerous to the health of the passenger for the fact that in case of emergency this can lead to injury.
So, the latest study by Boeing company showed that 58 percent of the incidents with the liners occurs during the most dangerous phases of flight – landing or takeoff.
In this regard, flight attendants and flight attendants ask you not to recline the seat back when the plane climbs or sits at the airport. “If your chair were thrown during an emergency, the person who sits behind you, may not be enough time to safely get out of their row,” – says the publication.
Furthermore, the raised back in front of passengers reduces the risk of injury to the traveler in the rear under hard emergency landing.
