Delicious pancakes will delight everyone.
These flourless pancakes are quick and easy to make. They are tender and everyone likes them. Once you make them, you'll make them forever. They are tastiest when prepared with cheese. Your loved ones will love them too!
List of ingredients
500 grams of milk,
300 grams of cottage cheese,
100-120 grams of potato flour,
20 grams of sunflower oil,
cream, butter ,
sugar – to taste.
Step by step recipe
We beat 5 eggs with sugar. While continuing to stir, add the potato starch. The whole should be thoroughly mixed until a uniform mass is obtained. It is important that there are no lumps!
Add sunflower oil and milk to the creamed mass. Mix everything again and leave for about a quarter of an hour. After this time, grease the pans with oil or lard.
When the pan is hot, put the prepared dough on it and fry it. Please note that we only do this on one side.
Then prepare the filling from 1 egg, cheese and sugar. Mix everything, adding raisins or poppy seeds to it if you like.
When the filling is ready, spread it on the pancake baked on one side and roll it up.
Place all the rolls in a pan or on a baking tray stacking them on top of each other. When everything is arranged, spread cream or butter on them – it's important that the butter is soft.
Put the whole thing in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. And you're done!
