The Coupe de l'Hérault seniors offers a poster during the week. The round of 16 is normally scheduled for February 2. By mutual agreement, the clubs have brought the match forward to this Wednesday, Béziers also being qualified for the Coupe d'Occitanie.

This match against the Béziers team who are now playing one level above the “Green and White” represents one of the shocks of this round with the one opposing Castelnau to Atlas which will also take place at the same time.

With better morale

Not at their best at the start of the championship, the Béziers team recovered well in January by recording two positive results. With a squad that has nevertheless undergone numerous changes during the break, the blue and red team has moved away from the danger zone.

On the Sète side, after Aimargues and before the reception of the Saint-Clément-Montferrier reserve, there are three matches in eight days that need to be managed. Saturday's victory did a world of good for the morale of Jun Fukuda's young team.

The match should bring back some memories, more or less good, to many nostalgics. Today, if in both cities football is no longer quite what it used to be, this match is still an obligatory passage point to reach the next round.
