Ingredients for 8 servings:

* Fruit 2 kg
* gelatin 30 grams
* Fruit jelly 2 pieces
* Sugar to taste
* Food coloring

Preparation Instructions – 2 hours:

1. Pour the gelatin and jelly with water (according to the instructions) and let it swell.

2. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add swollen gelatin and jelly, add sugar and dye and heat up carefully (never boil it). Cool to room temperature.

3. Wash the fruit, rub it and cut it into comfortable, beautiful pieces.

4. Pour a few tablespoons of jelly into the mold (to make a layer about one centimeter), put in the freezer for a few minutes.

5. Place the fruit on the frozen layer nicely, pour a few tablespoons of jelly, put it back in the freezer. Repeat the procedure until all fruits are jelly coated.

6. Put the dough in the icebox for a few hours. Before serving, dip in hot water for a minute.
