General Motors plans to increase sales in Europe through electric vehicles. At the first stage, they are going to introduce the latest Cadillac and Hummer.
General Motors is going to return to the European market. Soon, in a number of countries of the Old World, sales of new models of the American concern will start, and all of them will be electric. Bloomberg reported this.
The new Cadillac Lyriq will be the first to enter the European market. The electric crossover recently went on sale in the US and Canada starting at $63,000, with a flagship all-wheel drive variant expected in 2023. The model's competitors are the Audi e-tron, Mercedes-Benz EQC and Jaguar i-Pace.
However, the huge size of the Hummer is not quite suitable for European cities. Therefore, it is possible that these electric cars will not be sold in all European countries.
