In Germany, an employee of the Federal Intelligence Service, who is suspected of spying for Russia, has been arrested. This is reported by the Federal Prosecutor's Office of Germany.

Prosecution officials suspect that in 2022 the man passed on information obtained in the course of his professional activities to Russian intelligence. The information, in turn, was a state secret.
