The film “gone with the wind” will return on the streaming platform HBO Max after the picture was shot for passing in the U.S. protests. About it reports the Hollywood Reporter.
The film will be added to the disclaimer, in which the Professor of Chicago University of cinematography Jacqueline Stewart will explain the context of the film.
Before watching Gone with the wind, viewers will see the video where Stuart will tell you that “against the film repeatedly protested due to the romanticizing of the antebellum South and stereotypical images of black characters.”
Earlier, the film was removed from the platform.
Note, the movie “gone with the wind” tells the story of the Civil war, lasted 1861 1865. The main heroine of the picture is Scarlett O’hara, trying to survive in times of feud and find his love, it was played by the actress Vivien Leigh.
