Psychologists are convinced: wealthy people often lead a completely different lifestyle, which does not depend on the size of the bank account, in contrast to people with an average and low income, informs Ukr.Media.
We have prepared a list of the 4 most popular habits of rich people, according to writer and financier Thomas Corley.
The five-hour rule
< p>Thanks to observations of the habits of successful people, journalist Michael Simmons once derived the “5-hour rule”. Simmons found out that such famous millionaires as, for example, Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg read something and learn something for at least 1 hour a day.
Corley's survey confirms this rule: 88% of the rich answered , devoting at least 30 minutes a day to reading, while only 2% of the rest of the population do so.
Planning the day
According to the results of the survey, 81% of the rich make a to-do list and complete it (in the group with average wealth only 9%).
Not only that, wealthy people wake up early and try to use all their free time as effectively as possible. Sports, learning new things, hobbies, solving personal affairs — anything, but not degradation and procrastination.
Health check-up
Expensive complex check-ups of the body, not available to everyone! But a proper lifestyle, a balanced diet, and moderate physical activity are simply a person's choice.
76% of the surveyed businessmen answered that they do sports 4 times a week and try not to eat on the go. Among the general population, only 23% boasted about this.
Volunteering
Yes, people who earn little do not have the opportunity to spend big ( and sometimes small) sums for charity, but becoming a volunteer or, for example, a blood donor is not difficult.
70% of billionaires answered that their children are involved in volunteering and devote about 10 hours a week to it. Among people with an average income, this share was only 3%.
Psychologists believe that a significant share of decisions (about 40%) we make subconsciously, "on autopilot". That is why the formation of the right habits is a very important task for those who want to become successful.
It takes only 21 days on average for a habit to be “fixed''! Use this information to change your life for the better.
