This Monday afternoon, December 16, Hans Nkinsi will be playing big in court in Béziers. As a repeat offender, he is appearing again before the Béziers Criminal Court for domestic violence. The ASBH player, defended by Me Philippe Desruelles, knows that his professional career is at stake and that he could lose a lot and perhaps say goodbye to the pitches of rugby stadiums. Already sentenced in April 2023 to 10 months in prison suspended, he is being prosecuted for habitual violence by a spouse as a repeat offender. The second line of the ASBH was brought before the public prosecutor and placed under judicial supervision pending his trial.

This case was opened to criminal prosecution for rape and kidnapping and the mountain finally gave birth to a mouse. The difficulty for him lies in the fact that he is a repeat offender. It will be complicated. His professional life will depend on the judgment. Even with an electronic bracelet he will no longer be able to play. His conviction will hamper any possibility of playing in any club whatsoever. In this case, I think that the mule has been heavily loaded. It went very far. Even in some media. Because his ex-partner mentioned sexual acts that go very far. In the end it comes down to violence. Certainly unacceptable, but nothing more. My client's partner is a rugby player, we will also have to know how to distinguish between the traces. Are they due to the player ? Or to the victim's matches ?”
Hans Nkinsi's former partner filed a complaint for these facts on Thursday, October 24. He was suspended by the ASBH management pending judgment. Hans Nkinsi was convicted before the Aix en Provence court on April 11, 2023 for domestic violence against the mother of his son, from whom he is now separated. This November had been complicated for the Béziers club. Indeed, two of its players were prosecuted for domestic violence. Indeed, Taleta Tupuloa was sentenced to 14 months in prison, suspended. His wife left him and returned to live in New Zealand. He was able to rejoin the staff and play again under conditions. He must give his time to associations.
In a press release the club explained: “The club renews its support for Taleta Tupuola's wife and wishes to express its deep disapproval of the unacceptable behavior of its player, contrary to the values and principles defended by ASBH.”
