He is a comedian who doesn't mince his words. Mathieu Madénian was the guest of the show Télématin this Wednesday, January 15. An evening during which Mathieu Madenian found himself alongside many personalities, including Patrick Fiori. “I look for my name on the tables, I can't find it”, he remembered before continuing: “The butler tells me that I am at the presidential table. There was Emmanuel Macron, Brigitte Macron, the Armenian president and me.” Enough to surprise Mathieu Madénian who opted for humor: “I swear that even the Armenian president wondered what I was doing there. He must have thought that the driver was also having dinner at l’Elysée”. Enough to provoke laughter from the set.

Mathieu Madenian: an evening he will never forget

Mathieu Madenian is a regular at humor and the situations he evokes are always quite lunar. “We get started and I wanted to be interesting” , he confided. To do this, he said to himself that he would wow the guests, and in particular the Armenian president, with his acquaintances.  “I launched the conversation about Armenia, Turkey, the genocide, all that, he continued before asking:   “Do you ever start a topic and then don't understand it anymore ?”. A conversation that ultimately turned tragic.

Mathieu Madenian remembers starting the topic but quickly getting lost in his words. “I’éwas lost! and Emmanuel Macron saw it”, he said before specifying that he was able to count on the support of the head of state. Instead of putting him down, the latter immediately changed the subject. “After two minutes, he got down to my level and asked me: “Have you seen OM this season ?”. It was super nice”, he concluded. In addition to being the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron is also a big football fan.

Mathieu Madenian jokes about his late fatherhood

Mathieu Madenian gives interviews to promote his show. On the set of Quotidiena few days ago, the comedian made some very notable remarks. He notably émentioned his son, Milo, born in July 2023. “I don't know why… Well, it's good. He's sixteen months old. &Ccedi;i had been with my wife for five years, I told her: “we have money, friends, free time, if we put an end to all ¸a” and that's what happened, he confided to the laughter of the audience. A delighted father, he nevertheless specifies that his daily life has been very disrupted by the arrival of his little boy.

Mathieu Madénian opted for humor. Having become a father late in life, he didn't hesitate to warn his son. “I'm almost 50 years old and it's true that becoming a father at 50 is a bit old. I told my son: “don't get attached!”, he said. A very unexpected remark but one that provoked the hilarity of the set. The comedian then put the situation into perspective by declaring: “But it's good! Between 50 and 60, it's the best age. You don't fight your body anymore. The summer body, who cares. There are no more seasons”, he confided before concluding:  “I calculated my body mass index, i need to grow ”.
