Horne Foundry: Benoit Charette promises certification details before the end of March | Arsenic Rouyn-Noranda

Benoit Charette affirms that the details of the new ministerial certificate imposed on the Horne Foundry, in Rouyn-Noranda, will be known by the end of March.
