According to the man, he expressed the opinion of the overwhelming majority of the inhabitants of not only Moldova, but the entire planet. He also announced a fundraising campaign on social media to pay the fine.

On Wednesday, January 11, a court in Chisinau fined Russian citizen Alexander Kudashov 25,000 Moldovan lei (or $1,307) for In 2022, he left the inscription “Putin is a murderer” on the gates of the Russian diplomatic mission in the capital of Moldova, reports Ukrayinska Pravda.
The man posted a post on Facebook, but apparently later deleted it from the social network.
In the publication, Kudashov said that he needed to pay the fine within three days – then the amount would be reduced twice. But he didn't even have $650, so he decided to raise funds through crowdfunding.
“…announcing a fundraiser so that I won't be closed here for non-payment, and not because I consider it necessary to express the opinion of the overwhelming the majority of people in Moldova and on the whole planet,” the publication said.
40-year-old Kudashov was detained on October 7 last year. The local court ruled that the man was guilty of “a series of hooligan acts near the Russian embassy”.

Kudashov launched fireworks near the building, hung a piece of blue on scrap metal -white fabric, and also used homemade balloons.
In turn, the Russian Embassy said that the “hostile action” violates diplomatic conventions and a cooperation agreement between the two countries.
