The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has already opened a criminal case under the article on causing negligent death of two or more persons (part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to local media, the RC Polygon belongs to the deputy of the Kostroma Regional Duma, Ikhtiyar Mirzoev.
