In Moscow, people were urgently evacuated from one of the towers of the Moscow City business center. Electricity was also lost in the building, according to Russian media.
Thursday, November 3, at 18:00, three towers of the Q-quarter multifunctional complex of Moscow City were left without electricity.

Information appeared on social networks that one girl needed medical attention: she was injured during a sharp braking of the elevator car.
The rest of the people had to go down on foot. Approximately 100 people remain in the complex, and in the building of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, people are stuck in an elevator between the 24th and 25th floors. All doors are locked there, rescuers cannot get inside.
In addition, some eyewitnesses reported that a fire had already started in the business center building.
According to the official version, the reason for the shutdown electricity in the IQ-quarter in the business center “Moscow City” was a power surge.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also indirectly reacted to the incident. He invited Economy Minister Maxim Reshetnikov, who is in Moscow City, to report on investments and expressed the hope that the power outage there during the meeting would not interfere with his report.
