Krzysztof Igor Krawczyk is fighting for his father's inheritance
Krzysztof Krawczyk died on Easter Monday, April 5, 2021. For many people it was a huge blow. His father's death was badly experienced by his only son Krzysztof Junior. Unfortunately, it was not the only unpleasantness he faced. It turned out that the artist did not include his only child in his will.
The trial began on September 26 in a court in Zgierz. Krzysztof Krawczyk's widow did not appear at the hearing, covering herself with illness. Katarzyna Filipiak, with whom Junior was associated some time ago, was also missing. In an interview with one of the tabloids, Krzysztof Igor Krawczyk's former partner indicated that they did not keep in touch and did not know what was going on with him.
Quite a complicated matter
The matter is not simple. Krawczyk Junior decided to fight for half of his father's inheritance. Krzysztof Krawczyk's widow definitely does not agree, as she is willing to pay her stepson a reserved share, which she was not keen on for a long time.
In an interview with journalists “Notes!” TVN revealed that soon after his father's death, Ewa Krawczyk visited him and persuaded him to give up the fight for the inheritance. He did not hide that he paid for the conversation with his stepmother with an epilepsy, from which he suffered from the age of 15. Epilepsy is the result of an accident in which his father was responsible.
Junior maintains that in 2002 a will was made in which Krzysztof Krawczyk rewrote half of his property to him. The artist was then supposed to tell his son that he would be safe for the future and that everything was in writing. Krawczyk's friend Marian Lichtman heard the same.
Krzysztof Igor Krawczyk was supposed to pay for the trial in court with an epilepsy, as a result of which he broke himself quite badly. His only source of income is his father's pension. Interestingly, Ewa Krawczyk applied for the benefit earlier. In time, the officials ordered the widow to be returned half of the money.
