
Lori Clark becomes the first woman to lead NB Power
Lori Clark is the first President and CEO of NB Power.
Lori Clark is appointed President and CEO of New Brunswick Power Corporation. Brunswick, the Crown corporation's board of directors announced Monday.
She is the first woman to hold this position in NB Power's history.
She thus takes the reins of an indebted company which seeks to straighten out its finances while reducing its ecological footprint.

Lori Clark has been acting CEO of NB Power since July 2022. She was previously senior vice-president of the operation. She led the team responsible for the production, distribution and transmission of electricity.
The new CEO holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New -Brunswick. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She also studied nuclear reactor technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and leadership at the Wharton School of Business.
