Man dies in shooting in Scarborough

Police are looking for video footage of the shooting , along with witnesses.

A man died after being shot in an underground parking lot at the intersection of Birchmount Road and Sheppard Avenue in Scarborough late Friday. #x27;afternoon, according to Toronto police.

She said she responded to a call at 5:25 p.m. before finding a seriously injured man.

Officer Salem Husain said the victim, aged between 30 and 40, died at the scene after paramedics attempted to save her.

< p class="e-p">Police are now looking for video footage of the shooting, as well as witnesses in the building.

There is no information regarding the suspect; has been released, and Officer Husain does not know if there is a threat to public safety.

Homicide Unit has been notified.
