Failure for the Reconquest candidates!
Marion Maréchal, who had made an expected entry into Éric Zemmour's movement a few months before the presidential election, intended to candidacy in the 3rd constituency of Vaucluse, of which she was a deputy between 2012 and 2017. Unable to invest herself as a candidate, the former deputy supported the animator of the youth branch of Reconquest! Stanislas Rigault, in the 2nd constituency of Vaucluse, by becoming his alternate.
He failed to reach the second round, just like Éric Zemmour in Saint-Tropez and its main lieutenants, whose faces lined all the Reconquest posters! in France, including the former number two of LR Guillaume Peltier, outgoing deputy in Loir-et-Cher.
