On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, Cindy Fabre announced the end of her collaboration with the most famous French beauty contest. “I put all my energy and passion into this adventure, with the sincere desire to contribute to the evolution of the competition while preserving its identity and its values“, she declared on her Instagram account.
Miss France 2005 had implied that she would have liked to continue this adventure but that life decided otherwise. In the columns of Paris Match, Frédéric Gilbert, the president of the Miss France company and producer of the election, also assured that he would have liked to continue with Cindy Fabre. “Cindy would have liked to continue, and so would we, but this framework was complicated for everyone“, he commented at first.

He recalled that the position of director of the national competition did not exist before Sylvie Tellier left in 2022.
