What: Maxim Leonidov in Miami

When: Saturday, October 22 at 8:00 pm

Where:Sport of Kings Club at Gulfstream Casino 901 S Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009

< b>Details: “Hi! It’s raining and bad today, And we haven’t seen each other for probably a hundred years ”- even if after this hit of the Secret beat quartet of the late eighties of the last century you haven’t heard a single song by Maxim Leonidov, it alone will be enough to remember his voice and mentally return to childhood or youth.

If you are a longtime fan of his work, then you know that after the “Secret” solo mega hits “Vision Girl” and “Don't Let Him Get Away” were born. Then there were several strong and piercing, recklessly wise albums with the Hippoband group. If you love Leonidov's songs, then you constantly listen to them and know that a new album of the singer, who celebrated his 60th birthday this year, has recently been released.

Glancing at Maxim Leonidovich’s light this fall, you will hear what is happening, “When Seryoga’s thread is torn off”, what you need to remember, “Floating over the city”, what motive Maxim will compose, “If suddenly cities will be closed again”, what happened “On the Ulaanbaatar-Alma-Ata highway” and what the man who “Wished to be a cat” dreamed about.

On the big stage, a man in tattoos and sneakers will sing for you – with a huge heart and a generous soul. You will meet a talented composer, poet and performer, and through his songs you will be able to hear yourself – the real one, the one who goes through pain and struggle every day, who yearns, has fun, loves the most beautiful woman in the world and his children, as in his amazing aching song “Letter”.

After the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, Maxim Leonidov and his family left their native St. Petersburg and moved to Israel. In the program of his concerts, the songs “Oh at the river by the Danube” and “By the Black Sea” are as a tribute and pain for a terrible tragedy.

“I always stand in solidarity with those against whom aggression is being waged, so I position in this sense never concealed. And if I don't handle fiery speeches, it's because I'm not a speaker. But if you open my social networks, you will see Ukrainian folk songs performed by me there, and it seems to me that this note and this statement is the closest to me as an artist, and it speaks to people more than a thousand words.

Always and especially now, the concerts of Maxim Leonidov are a few tears and a little laughter, a heart-to-heart conversation and songs that bring warmth and light. Come!
