  • Leon Hesby stressed that despite material loss, human losses are more serious, expressing his emotional attachment to the house.
  • Patrick Bruel shares his sadness on Instagram, evoking the irreplaceable memories lost in the fire.

It is a tragic event that has not gone unnoticed. For several days, Los Angeles has been facing a fire determined to ravage everything in its path. Léon Hesby: the singer's son speaks openly

Leon Hesby states that human losses are the priority in this story. However, he specifies that he was very affected by this destruction since he had many memories in this house. “I wanted to say that it's not the material or financial things that bring us down, but the emotional part, everything that we can't buy back, that has no price” , explains the son of Patrick Bruel and Amanda Sthers before mentioning “all those memories that are gone”. If material goods can be bought back, memories cannot.

Patrick Bruel has éalso spoke on his social networks. On his Instagram account, on Friday, January 10, the singer expressed his sadness. “The only insurance that cannot be taken out is that of the emotion, memories, objects, perfumes … and silences that surrounded this house that is going up in smoke”, he first confided. Like his son, Patrick Bruel &evoked the memories of this house, which have now gone up in smoke. It …was so important to us for 8 years… Oscar was 13, Leon 11 when we arrived, he added. A situation that is very complicated.

Patrick Bruel: the singer very affected by this fire

Patrick Bruel did not hesitate to mention the difficulty in which he finds himself.   “It's very hard to see roots disappear that we have so much struggle to build. It was a beautiful anchor, another refuge”, assured the singer who then had a thought for the people affected by this tragedy. “Tonight I am necessarily thinking of the victims, my friends, my neighbors, and all those who lost everything in this disaster as in so many others in recent years. God bless our firefighters everywhere and always”, he concluded. Material damage but also emotional since the singer had to say goodbye to his memories.
