A 62-year-old man from Woodbridge in suburb of Toronto is charged with premeditated murder 12 years after the discovery of a corpse.

The accused was arrested by the Ontario Provincial Police on Monday in connection with the May 2010 murder of Morris Conte, 45, in May 2010.
The remains of the dismembered body of the Bolton victim had been found in three different locations shortly after he disappeared at the time.
Police charged a man in July 2011 with accessory after the fact and indignity towards a dead body.
Police continue to offer a $50,000 reward for any clues leading to the conviction of the culprit(s).
