The Queen of Spain showed a stunning fashion look at the official reception .
Queen Letizia and King Philip hosted a reception at the Royal Palace of Madrid for the Spanish diplomatic corps. And Letizia showed an unexpectedly gentle and elegant evening look. The Daily Mail writes about this.
She combined a flowing powder pink skirt and a white blouse with a bow around her neck.
And the image was complemented by matching earrings with pink stones and pale pink shoes to match .
Queen Letizia of Spain went out of her way to welcome diplomats from around the world at a reception at the Royal Palace in Madrid. The 50-year-old queen accompanied her husband, King Philip IV, to an event where the couple welcomed members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Spain.
The 54-year-old king, along with the queen, warmly greeted dozens of diplomatic delegates and their spouses and shook hands with them for almost ten minutes in total.
The reception usually takes place shortly after the start of the new year at the Royal Palace of Madrid since King Felipe ascended the throne in 2014.
Interestingly, the Royal Palace of Madrid, where the event took place, is the official residence of the Spanish royal family, but is currently used almost exclusively for state ceremonies.
Philip and Letizia, also their daughters, 17-year-old Princess Leonor and Sofia, 15, live in another royal residence, the relatively more modest La Zarzuela Palace on the outskirts of Madrid.
